Terms and Conditions Using the 888fw Platform

To register and use the 888fw platform 888fw, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the time of registration. We conduct age verification as part of the KYC verification process.
• Are a valid citizen or permanent resident of the country in which you register and use the platform.
• Not listed on any exclusion list set by the relevant regulatory authority.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or undergoing bankruptcy proceedings under local law.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

888fw reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure member eligibility is met. If a user is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be refunded upon completion of the investigation.

Each user is only allowed to have one (1) active account on the 888fw platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, MyKad or passport number, active email address, and registered Malaysian mobile number. All information will be verified through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process before your account is fully activated.

The KYC verification process requires you to upload:

• A copy of your identity card (MyKad) — front and back.
• A selfie holding your identity card for facial verification.
• A recent bank statement (not older than 3 months) as proof of address, if required.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawal functions. We recommend completing the KYC process within 7 days of registration to ensure full access to all platform features.

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. There is no maximum limit set for standard deposits; however, deposits exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Accounts that have completed full KYC verification will have withdrawals processed within 30 minutes on business days. Withdrawals requested on public holidays or outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• 888fw reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within that period will expire automatically.

The 888fw VIP Programme offers additional benefits to active members, including weekly cashback, higher betting limits, a personalised birthday bonus, and access to exclusive casino tables. VIP eligibility is assessed based on total monthly wagering activity.

All wagering activity on the 888fw platform is subject to the following rules:

• Wagers may only be placed using funds available in your account balance. We do not offer credit facilities or loans in any form.
• All confirmed wagers are final and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmation has been given.
• In the event of a technical interruption during live betting, 888fw reserves the right to declare the relevant bet void and return the stake to the user's account.
• Odds and betting limits may change at any time without prior notice, particularly for live sports events.
• For sports betting, official results recognized by the event organizing body will be used to determine winners. Any appeals regarding betting results must be submitted within 30 days of the settlement date.

888fw platform users are expected to conduct themselves with respect and responsibility at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity using the 888fw platform.
• Using your 888fw account for commercial or business purposes without written authorisation from management.
• Sharing account login credentials with any third party.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content, or unlawful material through the platform's communication channels.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 888fw customer support staff.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the platform's technical infrastructure.

Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and possible legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

Closure by User: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 888fw customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all active balances and outstanding wins will be settled first.

Closure by 888fw: We reserve the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity potentially involving fraud or money laundering.
• Instructions from a regulatory body or relevant authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, 888fw reserves the right to hold the balance until the investigation is completed. If no fraud is proven, the legitimate balance will be returned within 14 working days.

The 888fw platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24 hours a day, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions, delays, or unforeseen errors.

888fw is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet connection disruptions or technical issues on the user's end.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Unsatisfactory betting results or losses incurred during gaming activity.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

User privacy is our priority. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is handled carefully in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

The data we collect is used for the following purposes only:

• Identity verification and member eligibility check (KYC).
• Processing of financial transactions and account management.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or the relevant courts in Malaysia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
